Creation
of MBRBMC
On December 08, 2014 the DENR-PENRO
Sarangani in partnership with Provincial Government of Sarangani, Regional Line
Agencies (RLAs), Concern Local Government Units and other stakeholders
facilitated the Organization of Malungon-Buayan River Basin Management Council (MBRBMC)
held at Green Leaf Hotel, General Santos City.
The Council shall functions to oversee
the implementation of all development undertakings within 142,420 hectares
river basin.
